Joseph LeBas is responsible for the overall operating performance of the North American organization.

He brings a proven record of building profitable and innovative businesses in multiple industries and around the world.

Most recently, Mr. LeBas built information management software firm Vivisimo into a worldwide leader, serving as Senior Vice President and General Manager, Americas, and earlier as Vice President of Worldwide Sales.

Prior to Vivisimo, Mr. LeBas held a variety of executive, sales management, and sales/key account positions with PolyServe (acquired by HP), PeopleSoft, Corporate Express, Boston Scientific Corporation, and Revlon.

He holds a Bachelors of Science degree in advertising from the University of Florida.



Robert Pijselman

Since March 2004, Robert Pijselman has been responsible for the overall management of BWise.

Previously, Mr. Pijselman was CEO of an IT company, Triple P NV at Vianen, The Netherlands.

At the time Triple P was publicly traded (NASDAQ SCM: TPPP).

He has also managed several other companies in the Telecom and IT fields.

Mr. Pijselman spent more than eight years at Active Voice, that he founded, a market leader in voice processing systems.

That company was successfully acquired by Cisco in 2001.

He graduated from the Haarlem Business School in 1989.
