To do so, he uses leading artificial intelligence and machine learning research with a particular focus on data analytics, machine learning (neural networks), natural language processing, search technologies, bots, translation and cognitive computing.

Security Council Adopts Resolution on Humanitarian Cross-border Aid to Syria.
The Security Council adopts a resolution proposed by Egypt, Japan and Sweden, which will enable to continue humanitarian cross-border aid and assistance to Syria from Turkey and Jordan.
The result of the vote was twelve in favour (Egypt, Ethiopia, France, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Senegal, Sweden, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States and Uruguay), zero against and three abstentions (Bolivia, China and Russian Federation).
Council members signal their abstention in the voting.
